This reason is my personal number one. I have found that by getting up at 5 am every morning I have the time to sit down at my desk with my tea, drag out my planner and prepare myself for the day. There are no distractions, the house is quiet. It is just me and my planner prioritizing everything that I need to accomplish that particular day.

Reason #3 Time For Exercise

One of the best methods to keep yourself alive and improve your health is to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Your health suffers as a result of your amount of activity and exercise.

Reason #4 Quiet Time

This is my personal number two.

The urge for some time to find quiet is a requirement in a world when there are so many distractions and noises. Some of the advantages of some quiet time alone include focus, concentration, and chances to think things over again.

By rising at 5 a.m., you give yourself the opportunity to rise before those around you. It's possible that your family, friends, or even roommates will start to get up after this hour, leaving you with few or no distractions while you concentrate on your goals.

Aside from giving you some alone time, getting up at this hour will also assist you get through that time without interruptions. Spending some quiet time has several advantages that are good for your body, mind, and even soul.

You can use the time you gain from this period in a number of different ways. Without any interruptions, you can finish the book you need for your assignment, silently listen to your favorite podcast, or work on a project that needs to be finished by tomorrow.

Utilize every opportunity you have when you wake up at this hour since it will make you more alert, self-assured, and at peace with yourself.

Reason #5 Peak Moments

Peak moments are those occasions when you feel as though your mental condition has improved. This occurs as a result of you rising at five in the morning, establishing a connection between your body and mind, learning, and sensing that you are progressing well.

You can transform more as a person when you have peak moments more frequently. As a result, your standards will rise.

Peak experiences might become commonplace and expected throughout your day when you make it a habit to get up at five in the morning. Those feelings of "awe," appreciation, and total engulfment in the wealth and brilliance become things you don't have to strive for.

Many people set the alarm with the knowledge that they must awaken at that hour in order to meet the needs of the day. However, they soon realize that they are dozing off despite the alarm clock that seems to go off well before they are prepared to wake up.

Even if getting up at 5 a.m. might not be the simplest thing to accomplish, developing the habit for any reason you choose will have many advantages. It should go without saying that for something to become a healthy habit, a number of conditions must be met.
