Meal Plan Made For You Week 4

Are you ready to never have to stand in front of the refrigerator or freezer and ask yourself, what am I going to make for dinner tonight? Meal planning is the key to keep yourself from ever asking again. This post is a made for you meal plan including a grocery list.

A few notes before we move forward.

-Some of the recipes on the meal plan are recipes I know by heart and make often those ones are not supplied.

-I make ahead all of the breakfast items with the exception of potatoes and eggs. I make huge batches of pancakes, waffles, pancakes on a stick (amazing maker here) and french toast. Then all throughout the week all the kids have to do is pull what they want, warm it up and they are guaranteed to have a hot breakfast every single morning. You won't find cereal on any of meal plans. Nothing wrong with cereal it is just not for our family.

-Snacks are generally the same every week. I also prep these on Sunday for the rest of the week so all they have to do is grab and go. They don't eat the same snack everyday there is variety just not a lot of processed stuff. Nothing wrong with those foods, again they just aren't for our family. This week I am adding in more fruits and yogurt than usual for a variety.

-I am gluten free. No one else in the family is. When a meal I plan for is not gluten free I find something else to eat. Usually I just avoid whatever it is I can't eat or I cook my portion differently. I do not expect my entire family to eat like I do although when I find gluten free meals they like I definitely put them into rotation.

-this week will be the beginning of our regular schedule which means we are at Co-Op all day on Friday's and some Tuesday's. I choose lunches on those days I can make at the church or make ahead and they can easily heat up.
